In one forum Applianceman says "The two white slides go in the two middle slots and the two green go on the two outside slots.

Who is right? I found this after I came to double check after repairing mine. I
put the green ones in the middle and the white ones on the outsides. If this is wrong I want to change it before they wear out.

Mactin,

It depends on how you look at it.

The two(2) green colored glides should be at the 11 and 1 o'clock positions and positioned closest to the drum (on the top). the two(2) white colored glides should be at the 3 and 9 0'clock positions, away from the tub (on the sides). This is looking at the backside of the front panel.

Good Luck,
:) :) :)

Joe, I think you are saying, Sidfink43 is right and applianceman is wrong, because from either direction I look from middle is middle and outside is outside.

Matcin,

I just gave you my version of the same repair, using my terminology. Like I first said, it all depends on how you look at it.

Joe,
if you don't want to answer the question then don't, but also don't make things more confusing and say it depends on how you look at it. It was a simple question, One or the other has to be right, not both.

You're correct, it has to be one way or another.

When you're trying to make an "explanation", or a "reccomendation", it's a matter of symantics or "how you look at it".

The question should be, which explanation was best or more helpful for you ? That's the one you should be using as a reference in the future.
