Hi. Washer cold water will not stop running. It runs when turned off and un plugged. Had to turn off cold water. It seemed to get stuck running while in the spin cycle where the cold water was running and the washer was also spinning and draining at the same time.

Anyway I think you get it. I entered the "Field Service Mode" and got an "E4 Error Code" - "Slow Pump". Before the E4 I got an "05" which does not seem to be an error code, maybe model code. Everything else appeared to work, ran through codes FD, H, C, AL, AH, P and SP and it responded.

What can I do to fix? Thanks.

Forget the codes for the time being, replace the valve assembly, this part here

Part number: AP3861119
Part number: AP3861119

and then see what you get.
