No heat. With the door closed and unit trying to work, is there any reason that the voltage to the primary leads of the HV transformer should be anything but line voltage ? I have line voltage on one primary lead to ground, but only 15.3 V between the two primary leads. I am beginning to suspect the triac in the power module. Do you think I might be on the right track ? Thank you.( and yes, the capacitor is discharged).

I don't have the electrical schematic for this model but, as far as I remember, the neutral line to the power transformer comes through one of the door switches.
