At -5 dgrs in the freezer, that could happen, chances are the water in the fill tube to the ice maker is freezing and clogging, the water pressure, when the icemaker fills is blowing the hose off the grommet,
( you could have a seaping fill valve, but ),
You need to reset your controls back to the factory reccomended settings (5 and 5 , you may want to set the freezer temp control 1 digit warmer. Then wait a couple of days, and reset warmer if need be. (your reccomended temps are 38 dgrs. in the fresh food and 3 dgrs in the freezer, these are product temperatures, not air temperature).

Also check the floor of the fresh food compartment, make sure the tunnels in the floor rear corners, are not blocked or restricted.

I'm willing to guess, and say you don't open the doors in either compartment very often, as well ?

Try this, while you have the time.

Remove the lower "kick plate" grilled panel on the bottom of the front and clean (vaccuum) the front of the finned condenser assembly.
(you should also find the Tech Data Sheet, in a plastic envelope taped to the bottom of the panel, near the condenser coil).

Here is a general explanation on how that control works and how to reset it.

Initial Temperature Setting

Temperatures are preset at the factory at 38° F (3° C)
in the fresh food compartment and 0° F (-18° C) in the
freezer compartment.

Adjusting the Control

24 hours after adding food, you may decide that one or
both compartments should be colder or warmer. If so,
adjust the control as indicated in the Temperature
Control Guide below.
• The first touch of the or pads shows the
current temperature setting.
• The display will show the new setting for
approximately three seconds, and then return to the
actual temperature currently within that
compartment.
• Do not change either control more than one degree
at a time. Allow temperature to stabilize for 24 hours

before making a new temperature adjustment.

In your case, you need to go to a warmer setting, or re-calibrate the control.
