I've got a Kenmore 98702 Stacked Washer / Dryer model Number 417.98702 and, when I turn it on, it will fill, but, it agitates as it fills (which it never used to do, it used to fill all the way before it started agitating) and it doesn't matter if the lid is open or not.

If I turn it to spin, it clicks, sucks power (I see the kitchen light dim) and then stops. If I click it off and on right away, it won't do anything, but, if I wait 20 seconds or so, it clicks, draws power and stops again.

Any ideas?

Could you check your model number and see if you have all of it, there should be 8 digits after the 417.

In the meantime I think you may have several problems. Look to see if something is caught between the tub and basket, and also check the pump for some type of obstruction. Let us know what you find out.
