After self cleaning my oven the entire unit has shut down. The control board is completely out. I've done some research and it seems that it is possibly the thermal fuse connected to the control board. I've disconnected the fuse from the harness conector but have no clue how to disconnect from the control board. I've attached a pic. Any help is greatly appreciated! Having to cook Easter dinner without an oven is not going to be easy!!!

Lellie, i'm pretty sure you are right about the thermal fuse. I would suggest you test this out by simply bypassing the thermal fuse temporarily.

I am dealing with same issue now but mine is a bit easier as the inline thermal fuse in my oven has female spade plugs on either end. My recommendation is to buy the appropriate part with female spade plugs then crimp on a male connector on the black wire coming from the connector. Then you can easily replace in future. The part for mine is AP3110028 (110C/230F).

Finally note that if this issue occurred during selfcleaning then you may also have another issue (i do) where the thermal fuse on the back of the oven is also out. I have had to replace mine 3 times now. each time following self-clean. guess i need to stop doing that. :-)

Good Luck,
jack
