my washer started making screching with brakes an that stopped now the basket goes to one side...and bangs Loud! goes off balance with all loads at spin....already leveled and is still doing the same thing? help

I cannot get your model number to come up, so can only say that you need to take off the front panel and check the support springs and structure for a problem.
