I have a frigidaire Crown model washer that, when set to wash or rinse in Hot water, no water comes into the washer. If set to wash in Hot, rinse in cold, the tub fills with cold water in the rinse cycle, but nothing in the wash cycle. There is water at the tap.

Any ideas? Could it be a sticky valve.

Check if there is 120 VAC to the water valve (#33 on the diagram) hot solenoid while the timer calls for hot water. If there is correct voltage, replace the water valve.

There was 120 VAC at the hot water selenoid, so I ordered the valve part.

THANKS!
