My refrigerator is collecting water on the floor. While I was gone my son left the door open and I came home 2 days later. I closed the door and it has ben working fine. That was 3 weeks ago, and the leaking started last week. This black thing is full of water and it is over flowing. I have a bowl under there that fills up every day plus some.

If the unit has a condenser/compressor fan is it running?

If it has an ice maker are you sure that is is not leaking.

Check that the freezer and the fresh food doors are sealing correctly.

Check that the condenser coils under the unit and that the condenser fan blades are clean.
