Hi, My microwave door handle has broken off. I have noticed similar complaints on this model from other people. However replacing the handle doesnt seem that straightforward. How do I get to the section where I screw down the handle? Which section should I open?

Appreciate any help I can get. Thanks.:)

There should be an inner plastic panel seal. You will need to use a small screwdriver or butter knife to pry this off. Becareful and go slow not to break the tabs holding this in place. When removed you should see the screws for the handle. I'm attaching a parts diagram link, as well as the part number to help you with this repair.

Hi Jeff,
It worked fine. However I did not have to use a butter knife to pry open the screen. The screw to the handle was exposed from inside. Perhaps my model is slightly different.
Thanks for your help.
