Our Whirlpool ice maker has stopped making ice. I found the service sheet at the bottom of the refrigerator and followed the troubleshooting instructions.
The LED indicates that the optics are working correctly so I followed the instructions to force an ice harvest by jumping the T&H connections...nothing happened. I turned the fridge off for awhile and then back on and retried the test...nothing. I then measured the voltage at the ice maker connection and found that I only have around 70 volts at the connector. I'm not sure what to try now. Can someone help?

Thanks
Mark
