The refrigerator is a bottom freezer which stayed cold, upper portion was warm. Service technician said part # w10207861 needed to be replaced. He said the part would come with instructions on how to program the new board in this refrigerator. I received the part today, but no instructions were included with the part. Can you provide me with instructions on removing the plastic cover to the board and programing?

Thank you.

I would remove the front kick panel and get the service instruction sheet, should contain the instructions needed.

There are no instructions behind the kick late. Anyother ideas?

That's where they usually are, just shine a light to look for them, or look behind the control panel.
