We have a Maytag Performa MTW5740TQ0 washer. It has started rattling and vibrating during the spin cycle. No matter how you redistribute the clothes it still vibrates more than any other washer I have seen. I have read about snubber ring replacement, however, looking at this washer I can't find any snubber ring. The springs (3) are intact. There is a skate plate like this:

so the question(s) is/are...

Is there even a snubber ring?
If so, where?
If not, what else could be causing this?

BTW its direct drive no belts or pulleys.
