my whirlpool oven(model # sf3020ekq2) will not ignite,When I turn the burner knobs I can hear and smell the propane but no clicking and no flame.

Cortland, Did I understand you correctly, The cooktop burners and oven burner igniter(s) do not work ? If that's the case, You need to make sure you have electrical power to the range. If it's just the cooktop burners, you need to consider, a bad spark module Part number: AP3175812
Or damaged wire under the cooktop area, or the back of the range. :) :) :)
