Hello my model # is 110.42932200 Washer. I have er code 02 flashing looks like water is draining, and looks like tub doesn't spin fast enough.It's making a funny noise like it's keep trying to pump water out like a whineing noise. Cloths are soaking wet doesn't complete wash cycle. What could this be? You helped me with my dryer and now it works fine. Jerry
