this neptune front load washer gives a "LR" code on the display panel, wont fill all the way with water, wont spin, wash, or drain. the control panel wont even respond when it "sticks" only thing i can do is turn it off and on again, and still acts up, any help would be greatly appreciated!:confused:

See if you can put it in a diagnostic mode, this service manual will show you how. Your model is covered at the back.
