I replaced the magnetron and still doesn't heat, so I tried popcorn mode just for kicks and it said sensor error on the panel, I looked up the diagram online and there are 2 sensors, a gas sensor and flame sensor any Ideas ?

I have a 2007 GE Monogram Mircowave. Model ZE2160SF04. It stopped heating and makes a buzzing noise? Wondered if you can offer advice on fixing or replacing?

Typically when a microwave is making a loud buzzing noise and is not heating, there are 3 things you will want to check to diagnose the problem:

1. The magnatron
2. The high voltage capacitor
3. Power Diode

Any chance it's the door switch? Mine was had a similar issue, light worked, exhaust fan worked, control panel worked, but the heating and the turn-table did not. Ended up one of the the door switches controlled only those two things. Easy to test for, and if that's what it is, cheap too!
