Whirlpool dishwasher is not cleaning dishes. In troubleshooting found out the upper spray arm is not spinning and lower spray arm is spinning slowly. Wondering whether pump pressure isn't enough. What could be the cause? FYI-Did notice that washer takes awhile to start after pressing start button.
