I have a Jenn AIr range model JES 9860AAW , serial 17121990ZS .
The touch pad(s) for #9 / #0 / convect roast do not function .Would this be the touch pad , the clock , or some other problem ?Thanks

Most likely the problem is a bad touch pad which is a part of the control panel.

Steve -- Interested to know if you resolved your problem. We just had our range moved due to kitchen upgrade. When the range was back in service, the #9, #0, and convect roast are not working. Seems unlikely to be a coincidence -- unless this is chronic problem with that touchpad. Our range is about 5 years old...
