When I pressed the button to turn on the hood lights I heard a "pop"
and the lights are not on. The screen says "on" but no lights.
The lights will work on "night" only. Also, the oven still heats but the
turntable is not turning and the interior light and fan are not on.
I've looked at the wiring diagram on this site and it seems that the
"sub relay" is common to these functions. Is this the most likely culprit
or is there another possibility?

I, too have traced the circuits and, you are correct the mini relays on the control board or a loose connection in the harness would be the culprit.

You will need to order and replace the control board.

Make sure you unplug the power cord before you start the repair,
and DO NOT reach into the high voltage area behind the panel after removal.
