freezer door opens when closind refrigerator

when we close the refr. door the freezer door opens slightly. I have checked the seal with a dollar bill and it is tight all around. when you look at the front of the ref./ freezer the freezer door is lower at the top by about 1/4 of an inch. can this be adjusted? and is this the cause of the door opening?

Check the washer on the freezer door bottom hinge (#29 on the break down diagram) and the bushing on the bottom of the freezer door (#22 on the break down diagram). Try to tilt the cabinet more toward the rear.
