Hello,
Our Kenmore Range 790.71342700 oven seems to reach it's set temperature but at some point after thinks it is still at temperature but for some reason stops heating to maintain the set point. I tested the oven probe and at room temp got a reading of 1080 ohms.

We don't have a separate oven thermometer to get a better understanding of what's happening, but generally it seems the oven initially reaches set temp, and the preheat light goes off as it should. When I'm ready to bake (30-60 min) I notice it doesn't feel as hot as I would expect. The preheat light is off, and the set temp hasn't changed. If I shut off the oven and restart the process to the same setpoint, the preheat goes on right away and after a normal amount of time seems to turn off correctly. Is this an oven control board issue? Any other troubleshooting ideas? What replacement part would it be?
