I have a hoover washing machine Model 0510, I have been using it for several years but today the spin tub is sitting at an angle and it hits the side of the machine when spinning, What is the problem and the fix? Thanks!

I have a hoover washing machine , the gasket has ripped and needs replacing , I have received a quote for 90 pounds to repair but he has said that if it is an inner spring retaining band then this would need replacing
The machine is 2 years old , I thought you could reuse the band ?
