The steam feature for our oven is not working. The oven is 3 years old and I've used the steam assist no more than 30 times since new.
On the control panel the filter status showed 3 bars which I assumed to be good condition. Upon speaking with KA Parts here in Canada after researching she informed me that the filter needed to be replaced when showing 3 bars and that the steam assist would not work until filter was replaced.
I replaced the filter with new one and the steam assist does not work and the control panel still shows 3 bars.
Anyone have advice?

Not much on the web about this!
Our water is Toronto City so fairly clean to start with. Have confirmed water pressure to filter is adequate and valve is open.

Performed a self-clean cycle hoping it was some sort of build up on a sensor or something but the steam-assist still does not function.
Showing 3 bars on the info display.

Is there a service manual available online that I can start to diagnose a little further?
