Temperature alarm light is on, contents of freezer are thawing. What part needs to be checked?

Here are your parts
Model FFU20FC6CW0

Is the compressor running? Could be a starter or thermostat problem or could be stuck in a defrost cycle.
Are the condenser coils clean?
If the compressor has a fan, is it running?
Are the evaporator cols iced over? If yes then is probably a defrost problem.
If it has a evaporator fan, is it running?

Here is a link that may help

The refrigerator section has more info than the freezer

I cleaned the evaporator coils. Now the bottom shelf is working, ie, freezes meats solid.. Top shelves are not working. What could be the problem? I don't see fan anywhere.

Open the freezer door and depress the door trim switch. Does the freezer fan now work? If not, that's your problem.

Tested the fan motor. The fan is not working. I'll replace it. Thank you very much for the expert advises.
