We had a local power outage and when the power company restored the power 1 hour later, my LED display with clock and oven control keypad no longer worked. The stove top burners and their dials work fine. I turned off breaker for a little while and turned back on and still the same. We would like to fix ourselves but don't know what to replace. The range is only two years old.

You probably have a blown control module. If power surges are common, it would be worth it to get a surge protector in the breaker panel. If you have a meter, you can check for power to the module: if power this confirms a bad module.
