Have a GE french door fridge PFS22MBWABB that is about 4 years old. Noticed yesterday that the freezer temp went up to 35 and fridge temp in the 50's. Compressor was still running. I unplugged then plugged in again. The freezer temp did fall much later in the day to about 9 and then varied between 9-18. The fridge temp also went down to 35 (I have set at 37 fridge and 0 freezer). This morning the temps were 1 freezer and 35 fridge. The unit did go off and on yesterday but I noticed for about the last month it has been running more than usual. I am anticipating that something is about to fail/break. Is this an easy fix for me to do? Could this be the board or a sensor? Is it worth fixing? Any advice would be most appreciated.
