Joe, This is my father's washer. When you open the top, you can wobble the wash tub back and forth and side to side. Thanks!:)

Thanks!:) Yes, The tub swivels on the "snubber and base" assembly. It is supposed to. The amount of swivel is the important thing. There should be a slight "drag" whenever you move the tub in any direction. What seems to be the problem ? :cool:
