:eek: BRAND NEW, straight out of the box, microwave not heating. All other functions, fan, lights, etc. work fine. Problem is, I bought 2nd hand from a friend, cannot return. They never pulled it out of the box either. Could it possibly be the magnetron? BRAND NEW?? HELP!

Check the polarity of the outlet you're using.
