Will replacing the centerpost gasket fix this, or is there something else wrong? I can't find parts for LA7680XSNO, but can for LA7680XSWO. Are their parts interchangable?

Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 5/20/2009(UTC) Posts: 3		I have replaced the centerpost gasket, the transmission shaft seal and applied silicone grease and have been using the washer for about 2 1/2 months now. I am still getting black spots on my clothes. There appears to be only one seal left which is the shaft seal for the top of the basket drive tube shaft (AP3043573). Do you think that will fix my problem or do I need to buy a new washer - my wife is getting impatient because her clothes are being ruined. Any other advise?
