Sorry to be a bother, but one last thing. I have seen on a website that a new jumper harness is supposed to be installed when replacing the evap fan motor. Could this be the issue? If not, I will have my board rebuilt.

Your board must put a square wave out to run the motor, you have a bad board. Make sure the motor is new also.

I found it. An article on ************************.com

Defrost, Condenser, Temperature, or Other Problems in KSS, KSC and other Whirlpool/KitchenAid/Kenmore/JennAir/Maytag Refrigerators « ApplianceBoards

Claims that this particular board (verified it is identical to mine) should have 11.5V or higher between pins 9 and 11 and the board is good. I have 11.68VDC, so my board should be good. I am also getting 11.68VDC to the fan motor. I replaced the evap fan motor, and my problem still exists. What else could be the problem? What are the chances the motor you sent me was also bad?

Look at the break0own diagrams, I only see a big control board.

Are you talking about the temperature control board? It is in the drop down control box. I am looking for the power control board that is supposed to be under the fridge liner, but I do not see anything that looks like a control case - just the inverter. Thanks for your response.

It's behind the control panel in the fridg section.

Our fridge doesn't cool. Compressor and condensor cooling fan are running OK. Evap fan won't run and fridge beeps every four seconds. Beeping stops when I disconnect evap fan motor. I have 12 volts to fan motor, checked when I unhook fan motor. Bi-metal and heating element have continuity. Replaced evap fan motor with new - get the same beeps and fan won't run. Next guess is, I have to have the control board rebuilt (W10219463). Core Centric Solutions says they can do it. I cannot find the control board! Everything says it is just to the left of the compressor, but all I find is the inverter. Do you have a picture or a video that shows the location of this control board? I cannot find it to remove it!
