I am thinking that there is something jammed in the pump, so check that out. If the pump is ok then the coupling may be broken and jamming things. Here is the part along with a video that will show you how to get into the machine. Part number: AP3961972

I have a maytag for about 2 years now, my washer will fill with water but won't agitate, spin, or drain i bought a new lid switch and replace it with the old one and its still doing the same, and when i turn it on for a little bit after the water fills i can smell this burn like rubber burn or electric burn, please help..
