The refrigerator was moved to a new location, and a new water line connected. The ice maker made ice, but, has now stopped. The water dispenser provides 16 oz of water in 15 seconds.
I cycled the control arm of the ice maker up and down several times. I removed the plastic cover from the front of the ice maker, and observed that the gear is not moving, and the arm is staying down. Is there any way on this ice maker to check with a jumper wire to see if the gear can be made to move?

Their is also no water coming to the ice maker from the valve. This I observed by checking the tube from the valve up to the ice maker.

I poured some water into the ice maker, and it produced a few small cubes. I tried again, and nothing was produced.

Any more checks I can do to pinpoint the problem part, or, do you feel it is either the ice maker, the valve, or both?
