	Ok, sounds like your diagnostics also suggests the user interface as the problem, as we suspected. The Sears part and the APP part number are the same part, you are just looking at an APP number rather than the Sears Parts number. Forget about the number from the other post you found, you will want the number that corresponds to your model. I would call in the part order to APP to make certain you get the right one, and check with them about the return policy in case for some reason it is not correct. (We are just volunteers and are not associated with APP) Good luck.

	Am not sure that part number, AP3919482 will fit my model. Also direct search on applianceparts shows another model, Part Details - WHIRLPOOL CNTRL-ELEC, part number: AP3886367 where as sears website shows this number; 8564393

	Thanks for the reply.. I searched some more and based on the automatic diagnostics given at this page, https://www.servicematters.com/d...0Sheet%20-%208567037.pdf I found out its showing F2 error. I did some more search on these forums and came across this post http://forum.appliancepartspros...841-kenmore-oasis-3.html Now the question is, based on above forum link, part number is AP3919482 I searched searspartstore and also appliancepartspros.com. Am really not sure what is the part number as I was not able to see my model in applianceparts. Could anyone pls help me... Thanks..

	Wow, it is not supposed to start by itself. Difficult to diagnose without being in front of the machine. I am going to say that the probable cause is something stuck on the user interface, but the only way to be certain is to purchase the part and try it. It can also be the main control board. Sorry I cannot be more definitive, but since you are not getting a good error code message that tells us anyting it is hard to say anything definitely. That's the problem with microprocessor controls these days. I think the user interface board is a good bet. Good luck

	Hi guys, hope I get some help here.. My kenmore washer(Elite OASIS, HE, model no: 110.27062603) started behaving abnormally. It starts by itself and runs thru C#(1-10) and stops by itself and then restarts after some time.. In the trouble shooting guide which I got with washer does not have error code "C". I have no idea what needs to be done as mostly I see error code "F" on google search. Could you guys pls give me an insight on what could be wrong? Thanks in advance..
