I have a Kitchen Aid Oven/Microwave Combo Wall unit. I want to follow the following suggestions for checking the switches, control panel and magnetron as my microawave doesn't heat:

http://forum.appliancepartspros...air/39702-wont-heat.html

I have pulled the microwave out of the cabinet before just far enough to replace the door springs. All that was necessary for this was the removal of two spings. However, it doesn't seem to want to come out more than an inch or so and I don't want to force it without knowing it is the right thing to do.

So my question is, should the Microwave unit continue to slide out with the from two screws removed or do I need to pull the whole combo out of the waa and access through a side or top panel.

Thanks for the help.
