Cindy,
Great, it'll make things a lot easier to work with.

Just be careful, and you'll do fine.

Let us know how it turns out.

:) :) :)

I removed the inner basket because it rusted and broke loose almost 3/4 the way around the part of the inner tub that wraps around the shaft.
I think the name of the part that I may need along with the inner tub is the tub support (basket spin tube). Directly underneath this is the rubber gasket that is attached to the outer tub. It isn't smooth and has a lot of rust built up on it. I wonder if I could get away with leaving it and putting the new inner tub on until whatever may happen.
Could you please help me..
tks.

Cindy,

As long as the two square tabs on the top of the spin tube, under the drive block

Part number: AP3114270
Part number: AP3114270

Part number: AP2905773
Part number: AP2905773

Are not damaged or distorted to bad, as long as there is no leak, and you're careful. You should be fine with a new spin basket

Part number: AP5178685
Part number: AP5178685

Drive block and nut

Part number: AP2913937
Part number: AP2913937

Heres the part number for the spanner wrench you should use,
Part number: AP4503397
Part number: AP4503397

Good Luck and Thanks,
:) :) :)
