Toolguy, Did you check for a shorted heater element ? It may have broke and shorted to the element casing. Do you have a thermometer or temperature meter so you can check for 155(+/-10%) degrees at the exhaust vent on the dryer, with the vent off ? That would be the next step, were it me.
