I am currently working on 2 dehumidifiers with the same problem and I have to say that both fans come on and compressors but yes no water, I cant believe they both would be low on freon but I would have to go with that because if the pressure switch or thermistor were bad the fan and compressor would not turn on.

Sounds like you have a bad humidistat or thermistor

Delongi DHE 90 dehumidifier [S/N 3 12 11 So1 P 045630]. The humidifier runs, fans and controls work, but it stopped producing water. It appears that the humidifier function (green light on panel indicating the unit is humidifying) is not operating.

Is this model worth repairing?
thanks
