Oven temp is very inconsistent. Tried recalibrating but doesn't seem to help. I'm figuring thermostat, but could it possibly be temp sensor?

Not sure what you mean by thermostat and temp sensor.
As far as I know they are the same thing.

Could be you have a bad/dirty connection where the temp sensor attaches to the control board.

If by inconsistent you mean that sometimes it is low other times it is high then it could be the control board if your unit has one.
