I have a thermador oven that is about 4 years old. It worked well without any problems until the spring of 2009 when we started receiving errorF34 and error F64 messages. We were told by a technician to reset the breaker to clear the problem. He additionally told us to clean the fans and the switch which we did. As time went on the problem became more prevalent until we could not use the oven at all. To have a serviceman come out to the house will cost us $389.00. That is just to access the problem. I feel that is an outrageous amount of money. After researching the problem online I have found that it is very prevalent and has been difficult to fix costing many people lots of money and requiring numerous service calls. This may just be a factory defect that needs to be recalled. But, I'm hoping I don't have to pressure the company into that. I would like to fix the problem. What do you think about replacing the breaker in our home wall box? It doesn't seem that replacing the parts (fan, swith, control board)) are solving the problem and it is somehow connected to the breaker.

Hello, Do you have the model number? The diagnosis varies depending on the model.
