Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

I have a Whirlpool 30" double oven (convection) My wife was baking and the oven developed a mind of its own and went into broil mode. It got so hot before she knew it the door locked. It flashed F2 F3 codes and the key pad would not work, couldn't cut it off. I flipped the breaker and I let it cool down now the door is locked and I can not open, the key pad still does not work so I am dead in the water. Any suggestions??

We had the same problem with our oven. We got the door unlocked and replaced the control unit. Now the oven will not heat. We don't know if it is the sensor or thermal fuse?
