I put the temperature to 200 degrees and the oven heats to a low temperature but the oven temp light does not go off to indicate desired temperature has been achieved. When temperature is set to a high temperature - 400 degrees, the oven still heats only to a low temperature and the temperature light still does not go off. The heating element does not glow red when heating up but the oven does warm to a low temperature.
