Here are your parts.
Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL RBD245PRS00 24" BUILT-IN ELECTRIC DOUBLE OVEN STD-CLEAN LOWER SELF-CLEAN UPPER | AppliancePartsPros.com

See the attachment for the tech sheet.

Here is a manual which may help with your repair.
http://appliancedigest.c...uble-oven-service-manual
You have to join the site to download the manual but it is free and this is a very good site for manuals and other info for the appliance repair DIYer.

If you look at the tech sheet wiring diagram you will see a fuse in the power line to the transformer perhaps this is blown. Also see pages 3-2 and 4-2 in the manual.

I cannot find it in the parts breakdown for this unit so you may not have one.
If there is one the parts people should be able to find it for you.

Tim,
Did you access the service manual/ job aid (KR30 / 8178007) from the other sight reccomended ?

Here's the information you're looking for:
"CAUTION: When you work on the double oven, be careful when handling the sheet metal parts. Sharp edges may be present, and you can cut yourself if you are not careful.

1. Disconnect the electrical power to the double oven.
2. Open the lower oven door.
3. Remove the bottom screw from each of the two side trim pieces.
4. To remove the side trim, pull the bottom out approximately 2˝, and slide the top down to free it from the control panel.

5. Remove the (2) screws from the oven control panel(one on each side).

6. To remove the oven control panel, pull it out at the bottom, and lift and unhook it from the oven cabinet support at the top.

7. Disconnect the wire connectors from the control board and set the panel face down on a padded surface to protect the finish."

:) :) :)

Once again thanks. I have removed the lower door and the trim strips. My bezel does not have any screws holding it in place nor does the schemataic show any screws. That is where I am stuck. Should I try prying it from the bottom?

Tim, once you have the side trims loose, and slide them down an inch or two,or remove them, the two screws will be on the side of the control panel, The upper 1 or 2 inches actually cover the screws, when the side trim strips are installed.
