Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

My oven works but not the broiler. When I touch broiler on the touch pad, nothing happens. No beep, nothing. I changed the electronic board and
it still does not work. Could the problem be in the touch pad itself?

Yes, the issue is more likely to be the touchpad/key panel,

You could try cleaning the connector and pins on the back of the control with alcohol or electric contact cleaner, sometimes that will keep you going for a while.
