If I order a new control board # AP3767567 does it come with complete instructions on how to install? Can I do it myself?

You will most likely get a board without any installation instructions. These are factory parts so they tend to figure us techs know how to put something in. As for can you installing, yes you can. A Phillips head screwdriver is about all you will need to get the side trims and the control panel off. Then make a note of the wires colors and locations you remove from one board, just to make installation on the new board less troublesome. Then put it all back together.
