oven won't lite

Model Number: 34ha-3tkxw Brand: Magic Chef Age: 5 - 10 years

I have a magic chef and it will not lite the oven. i noticed the ignitor on the bottom will glw , but the top one does not , and when i turn it on i do not smell the propane. Can anyone help?
