m#gy398lxpt00.when plugged in clock illuminates along with PF in red.all touch pads on control panel are dead except bake.when bake is pressed PF goes out & both oven elements come on along with temp 350.temp cannot be changed.elements cannot be turned off except by unplugging range.i suspect control panel is defective but the electronic control is also a possibility.is there a way to narrow it down to one or the other as the customer is not going to go for replacing both.i had the electronic control on the bench(i repair consumer electronics for a living) & all components test ok.all solder also looks good.
