Oven not heating up properly. Turned it on earlier today and it heated up to about 210 degrees (set for 350). Digital display and cook-top are all working. Broiler is working. Control keeps clicking and bottom stove element is not heating up at all now.

I am assuming the unit never comes ready.
Could be the bake element is shot.
Remove it and measure it with a meter, should be about 21 ohms.

Note: It is very important to unplug / remove power from the unit when doing this as one side of the element always has 120 volts on it even when turned Off.
