iNSTUCTION AMNUAL SAYS THAT ENTIRE TOP OF GLASS STOVE LIFTS UP AND IS THEN SUPPORTED BY TWO RODS. I HAVE TRIED TO GET THE TOP UP TO REPLACE A FRONT BURNER BUT IT WILL NOT BUDGE. IS THERE A TRICK OR SOME UNKNOWNS SCREWS THAT HOLD IT DOWN/
