Spatter shiled that protects the microwave wave-guide form spattered food is burned through (small hole) due to arcing of microwaves (bright light and loud noise)

I do not think you can do it unless you'll find such part from another microwave. If the wave-guide has a burned spot(s) inside then the microwave is not repairable.

I think the wavegjuide is ok. Only spatter shield is burned.

Does anyone know which materials are used for making the spatter shield?
It has to be heat resistant and almost transparent to microwaves (low energy absorption, and low reflection)

I assume then it works correctly with the shield removed.

If it is 5X3.5 inches and has 2 tabs on each end the manufacturer's part number is 3511408300.
Try repair clinic use the part number to search, looks like it was also used on a different microwave
